Refund Policy
- HollerBord (herein referring to HollerBord Sdn. Bhd. & HollerBord.com) as a booking platform merely provides a means to facilitate the matching of available airtime slots between the Media Owners & Advertisers. Media Owners & Advertisers agree to exempt HollerBord for any further disputes between both parties once the initial booking has been confirmed & transacted.
- As a general rule, all booking fees & balance of payments made out to Media Owners via HollerBord are non-refundable, as they represent binding contractual confirmation of orders of the air-time slots booked by the Advertisers.
- Media Owners shall allocate the respective air-time slots booked by the Advertisers, and if such bookings do not materialize, Media Owners shall suffer loss of revenue and incur opportunity costs.
- Cancellation of bookings after booking fees have been paid are non-refundable as well but paid sums may be brought forward to a future booking not more than 15 days later from the initial booking date, subject to the agreement of the Media Owner.
Nevertheless, refunds may be entertained strictly under the below mentioned conditions, and based on the solely on the discretion of HollerBord:
- The Advertiser has placed a booking fee but did not receive any correspondence nor confirmation from the Media Owners after 15 working days.
- The Media Owner did not at all playback the Advertisers videos on their designated Media according to the purchased airtime slots, date & time (totally missed the entire booked airtime duration).
- However, for video which were partially aired, the Advertiser is eligible to carry forward the unfulfilled airtime to future credits, and the Media Owner is required to refund the unused airtime or replace it with slots of equivalent value.
- The dispute or incident is reported by the Advertiser to HollerBord within the 30 days of the payment made.
- The Advertiser had made attempts to resolve the issue(s) with our support team
- NOTE: No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original payment made whatsoever.
- Should you have any doubts regarding our products and services, please feel free to email us for further clarification, and our Customer Support Team will be glad to assist you.
- By performing a payment on our website, you hereby agree to our refund policy and abandon any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions, while purchasing our products and services list on our Marketplace platform.
Operations & Delivery Policy
- All slots booked by Advertisers with unpaid booking fees are deemed not confirmed, and Media Owners reserve the rights to sell the same slots to other Advertisers on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Advertisers will need to submit the actual video to be played back to Media Owners a week before actual airtime for approval processes.
- Media Owners shall revert within 3 working days for each video submission, and Approve/Reject it for further attention by the Advertiser.
- Videos may be rejected by Media Owners on the basis of incorrect resolution, incorrect video length, poor quality, local regulatory guidelines, censorship laws and other reasons.
- However, all rejections by Media Owners must be accompanied by valid reasons & explanations where they are deemed necessary to avoid any confusion.
- Advertisers may resubmit a new version of the video for approval up till 3 working days before the actual airtime.
- Upon approval of the video, Media Owner shall perform all uploading works to the Digital Billboards in time for the Advertisers purchased airtime slots.

Media Owners shall update the system airtime reports to notify the Advertisers of their current video status:
- Pending Approval
- Uploading
- Standby
- ON AIR
- OFF AIR
- Expired
- Media Owners shall provide sufficient mechanisms to Advertisers to monitor & validate the airtime of their videos.

- Upon user request, to obtain quotes or respond to your inquiries
- For administrative and operational purposes to determine the effectiveness of our product and services
Your information may be disclosed:
- On an aggregated level, such as overall number of users, or anonymouse geographic data
- To third party service providers who provided services in conjunction with our services such as website hosting, data analysis, etc.
